Stacey Chuvaieva is an Associate in Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp’s Corporate, Litigation and Regulatory Practice Groups, focusing her practice on entertainment and technology transactions—including technology licensing, open source, video game and music publishing—as well as privacy and EU data protection regulation. She holds CIPP/US and CIPP/E certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and prior to joining the firm, she worked as legal counsel at Wargaming Group Limited and as a technology and IP litigation lawyer at Baker McKenzie’s Kyiv office. Her representative work includes advising Kojima Productions on music licensing for Death Stranding 2: On The Beach and serving as Chair of the Information Technology Committee of the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law (2024-2025).
