Andrea focuses on cross-border corporate transactions including tax issues, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, compliance, and a wide range of commercial agreements. She joined the firm as an International Legal Intern in 2022. In 2023, she was admitted by the State Bar of California as a Foreign Legal Consultant and is licensed to practice in Mexico. Prior to joining Procopio, Andrea worked at Gunderson Dettmer and as an associate at a law firm in Tijuana and Mexico City where she practiced corporate and transactional law.
