Andrew G. Prout is a Managing Partner at Ross, Wolcott, Teinert & Prout LLP. He is an experienced first-chair trial lawyer and litigator who has led more than ten trials and arbitrations involving claims exceeding $250 million. In recent years, he has obtained over $100 million in plaintiffs’ verdicts and settlements, including a $39.4 million arbitration award confirmed in federal court. His practice spans complex civil litigation, trial strategy, and dispute resolution. Before joining his firm, Andrew clerked for Judge Timothy M. Tymkovich of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
