Andrew Schwartz is the recently retired founding partner of Casper, Meadows, Schwartz & Cook. Mr. Schwartz began his career in the Contra Costa County Public Defender’s Office, and was certified by the California State Bar as a Criminal Law Specialist in 1982. In 1979, along with Stan Casper, he founded Casper, Meadows, Schwartz & Cook. In 2002, Mr. Schwartz was certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocates. He is a member of both the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He served as a Judge Pro Tem in both Alameda County and San Francisco County, and has tried numerous cases to verdict in both State and Federal Courts for more than forty years.
