Andrew Westley is a full-time mediator with Signature Resolution, where he handles complex landlord-tenant, business, and employment disputes. He brings forty years of legal and dispute resolution experience, and since 2020 he has mediated and settled hundreds of cases, many of them emotionally charged. Before turning to mediation full-time, he spent decades as a trial lawyer and Settlement Judge Pro Tem. He’s the co-author of California Landlord-Tenant Litigation, a leading practice guide from LexisNexis, and he writes regularly for San Francisco Apartment Magazine. He’s also a longtime volunteer with the AIDS Legal Referral Panel, which has twice recognized him for his pro bono work.
