Anna Liu is an equity partner at LDY Law, PC, with 15 years of real estate and landlord-tenant litigation experience. She is known for representing owners, property managers, developers, landlords, tenants,realtors, and other clients in helping them navigate complex real estate and landlord tenant laws both at the state and local level. She has significant experience advising clients in a variety of matters including commercial and residential landlord-tenant actions.
Prior to joining her partners to co-found LDY Law, PC, Anna was a Partner for over a decade at a real estate and landlord tenant firm based in San Francisco.
She is active in the legal community and has been a speaker for the California Lawyers Association, Bar Association of San Francisco, Beverly Hills Bar Association, Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), and Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area. Anna has published articles for the California Lawyers Association and the Daily Journal.
Anna has also been a moderator and speaker about diversity issues in the law, ways to develop meaningful diversity, equity, and inclusion plans in law firms, and pathways to partnership. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the California Lawyers Association Real Property Law Section.
Anna was awarded the Outstanding Barrister Award from the Bar Association of San Francisco in 2020 and has been named to the “Rising Stars” list published by Super Lawyers Magazine every year from 2017-2025, a distinction reserved for only 2.5% of attorneys in Northern California. In 2026, she was awarded the Super Lawyers distinction, an honor awarded to only 5% of attorneys.
