Anne Jollay joined Viking Cruises in September 2025 with more than 25 years of experience as in house counsel in the hospitality space and as a civil litigator specializing in employment law. Prior to joining Viking Cruises as its VP of Legal Affairs, Anne served as EVP, Chief Legal Officer for El Pollo Loco (NASDAQ: LOCO) for five years. Prior to El Pollo Loco, she was SVP, General Counsel for California Pizza Kitchen for ten years. Before moving in house, she spent ten years as a civil litigator specializing in employment law at various defense law firms, including Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and Seyfarth Shaw LLP.
Anne received her B.A. from University of Virginia (1996) and her J.D. UCLA School of Law (2001).
