Anne Marie Murphy

Anne Marie Murphy is a Principal at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy LLP, where she litigates complex commercial matters, class actions, public nuisance cases, and consumer rights and elder abuse claims, including serving as court-appointed co-lead counsel in a nationwide securities class action. She previously worked as a Legislative Assistant in the U.S. Senate and served for 13 years as a Commissioner on the California Commission on Access to Justice. She has been named to Super Lawyers’ lists of the top 100 lawyers and top 50 women lawyers in Northern California and was included in the Daily Journal’s inaugural list of the top 25 plaintiff attorneys in California.
