Anthony J. Zaller is the founding partner of Zaller Law Group, PC, where he has built his career defending California employers against a wide range of employment claims. He advises businesses—from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups and individual executives—on litigation, governmental agency investigations, and legal compliance across industries including restaurants, technology, manufacturing, entertainment, retail, and aerospace. Anthony has successfully defended wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions, as well as single-plaintiff cases involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and trade secret misappropriation, and he regularly counsels clients on difficult terminations and workplace investigations. His insights have been featured in outlets such as the Los Angeles Times, NPR, Inc., Entrepreneur, and CBS Los Angeles, and he frequently speaks to national audiences on topics like wage and hour developments and workplace disability issues. Anthony earned his J.D./M.B.A. from Loyola Law School and his B.A. cum laude from Loyola Marymount University, and he serves on the Board of Directors for the California Restaurant Foundation.
