Ausra Deluard is an Adjunct Professor at UC Law San Francisco. She has over a decade of experience in antitrust merger investigations. She is the founding partner of Stealth Law. She regularly counsels clients through complex antitrust merger investigations, risk assessments and negotiations, and premerger notifications.
