Barry Kaye is a Lecturer in Law at USC Gould School of Law.
He teaches Corporate Governance, as well as Negotiation Theory and Application. He has also supervised a course on Directed Research and has lectured at the USC Summer Law and English (SLE) program for LLM students.
Prior to teaching at USC, Kaye taught in the business law department at UC Berkeley Law.
After graduating from law school, Kaye clerked for U.S. District Judge A. Andrew Hauk in Los Angeles and briefly acted as a law clerk for U.S. District Judge A. Wallace Tashima who was then sitting by designation on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
