Beau Baez is a Professor of Law at Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law, where he has been a member of the faculty since 2022. He brings extensive expertise in federal income tax, business entities income tax, and state and local tax. Before joining ONU Law, Professor Baez taught at the University of Idaho, Northern Illinois University, University of North Dakota, Purdue University Global (Concord Law School), Charlotte School of Law, and Liberty University. He earned both his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Following graduation, he worked for the Multistate Tax Commission before transitioning to full-time teaching in 2004. Outside the classroom, Professor Baez is a YouTube creator producing academic success videos for law and pre-law students, and an avid hiker who enjoys time in the great outdoors. He teaches Torts and Tax.
