Breana Rucker, born and raised in California, holds a B.S. in Business Management from Alabama State University and studied Micro Organizational Behavior at Yale University. She earned her Juris Doctorate with a minor in Education Policy from Indiana University. Breana is the co-founder of an education nonprofit and a consumer protection attorney based in Century City, California.
