Cassidy Wakeham

Cassidy Wakeham is a Trial Attorney at Bentley & More LLP, where her practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury and insurance bad faith litigation. While earning her J.D. at the University of California, Irvine School of Law, she co-authored Senate Bill 1394, which was signed into law and added to the California Vehicle Code, and served as lead counsel in domestic violence restraining order hearings through the school’s Advanced Domestic Violence clinic. She received the 2023 UCI Pro Bono Achievement Award and is a member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.
