Christian Grasinger is a Litigation and Enforcement Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Prior to joining Cleary Gottlieb, Christian served as a Legal Scholar with the SEC Enforcement Division in San Francisco and externed in the District of Nevada. Christian earned his J.D., from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (now UC Law SF), where he served as Senior Production Editor of the UC Law Journal and was named Champion of the David E. Snodgrass Moot Court Competition. His recent publications include the Whistleblowing in Focus series, covering developments in whistleblowing laws and AI.
