Christopher Bulone is a fast-rising star in California courtrooms, achieving record results for his clients. In 2024 alone, Mr. Bulone secured a $2,500,000 jury verdict in Van Nuys, believed to be a courthouse record for a mild traumatic brain injury, and a $42,000,000 verdict in a vicarious liability delivery truck versus auto case involving a severe traumatic brain injury. He also won $15,000,000 against CalTrans for a negligently constructed highway, $7,700,000 for a man injured by a fire engine entering an intersection on a red light, and $18,700,000 for a man struck by a park ranger while napping in a park. Additionally, he argued that a $100,000 insurance policy limit was “opened” due to bad faith, recovering $5,000,000 for a child injured by a driver running a stop sign.
In 2023, Mr. Bulone was recognized as one of the Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 by The Daily Journal, California’s premier legal newspaper since 1888.
