Dawn Andrews is the founder of Access Leadership Coaching and a certified Results Coaching™ practitioner through the NeuroLeadership Institute, helping professionals unlock their full potential through individual and group coaching, training, and facilitation on topics like emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and ethical leadership. She brings eighteen years of Fortune 500 experience in labor and employment law, diversity and inclusion, and workplace culture, along with seven years as an attorney at a major international law firm, to her work coaching and training employees at every level. Dawn is also active in her community as Past Chair of the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters and a Board Member and Co-Chair of the Gender Equity Committee for Lawyers Club of San Diego
