Diana L. Maier is a mediator at Signature Resolution. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2022 for her work as a mediator, and was named California Lawyer’s Attorney of the Month in 2021. Diana began her career as a public defender, and later represented both plaintiffs and defendants as an employment litigator. She has also served as in-house counsel, and founded a boutique employment law firm, specailzing in workplace investigations, in 2016. Diana has also mediated a broad range of civil suits for the Northern and Central Districts of California, as well as several California superior courts. In 2024, she was elected to the Board of Directors of Marin Water. Diana is fluent in Spanish.
