Ellen Kim is Founder and Principal of Cadenza Resolutions and Advisory, LLC, a firm dedicated to mediation, arbitration, executive coaching, and strategy consulting. Previous to this, she has experience as an in-house technology transaction attorney negotiating software agreements for Workday. Ellen got her start as an executive coach at Santa Clara University’s Leavey Graduate School of Business, working with emerging and established business leaders throughout Silicon Valley. She is also a coach with the Association of Corporate Counsel, National Association of Women Lawyers, and Asian Women Coaching Collective. She enjoys facilitating the inflection point conversations around career design, leadership style, and professional development.
