Elliot Chen is an Associate in the Litigation Department.
Elliot’s practice focuses on complex business and corporate litigation, in federal and state courts. He has represented a wide range of clients, from national retailers and technology companies to local businesses and high-net-worth individuals, in a variety of cases involving issues related to intellectual property, contract disputes, real estate and other complex business matters.
While in law school, Elliot served as a judicial intern for Special Master Brian H. Corcoran of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He also assisted in preparing an appeal for appropriate post-conviction relief as a member of the Wrongful Convictions Clinic. As an undergraduate, Elliot worked at Johns Hopkins University as a research assistant in biostatistics and bioinformatics, where he performed statistical analysis on results from the 1000 Genome Project and located high variability areas in the human genome.
