Emily Jones is a Partner in the Digital Business team at Simmons & Simmons, where she heads the firm’s U.S. office. An English-qualified solicitor since 2004, she has spent more than five years in Silicon Valley advising fast-growing technology, fintech, and healthcare companies on data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology law as they expand internationally, including GDPR compliance, regulatory investigations, and data security incidents. She also connects U.S. clients with the firm’s international experts to support their growth and operations outside the United States.
