Eric Taylor is SVP of Business and Legal Affairs at Epic Records. In this role, he leads Epic’s business and legal affairs team, with oversight of the negotiation and drafting of recording agreements and other contracts with the label, and related matters. He joined Sony Music as an Associate Director in Business and Legal Affairs in 2006. Prior to Sony, Eric was an associate at the law firm of Hughes, Hubbard and Reed. Eric holds a B.A. in Anthropology and Integrative Biology from U.C. Berkeley and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
