Fernanda Flores is the Director of ADR Services (North America & Energy) at the International Centre for Dispute Resolution® (ICDR), part of the American Arbitration Association. She holds an LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the USC Gould School of Law and has extensive experience in mediation, arbitration, and regulatory legal work across public and private sectors. Based in Los Angeles, she is recognized for her leadership in advancing innovative approaches to international and energy-related dispute resolution.
