Francis Ryu is a business attorney who leverages trial success and dispute resolution skills to help clients prevent future threats to their companies. Advising and counseling a dynamic group of individuals, business leaders and companies throughout California, including tightly – held, small and midsize businesses and partnerships. Mr. Ryu is a former investment banker whose expertise in forensic accounting and finance strengthens his clients’ position in complex business lawsuits. He regularly prevails in bench trials centered around allegations of breach of contract and fraud, especially when underlying business agreements are based on a handshake or involve emotionally – charged partnership
disputes. Mr. Ryu is a former president of the Barristers section of Beverly Hills Bar Association, and a longtime former member of the Board of Governors. He was also a member of the State Bar of California’s Civility Task Force; the State Bar of California’s Diversity in the Profession Task Force; and the State Bar of California’s Access to Legal Services Task Force.
