Drawing on prior experience at a pioneering nanosatellite company and at both the FCC and FAA, he advises clients on spectrum, orbital debris, remote sensing, licensing, and related matters before U.S. and international bodies. He holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and is admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia and California.
