Gerald M. Serlin is the Founding Attorney of his firm and a California State Bar Certified Specialist in Appellate Law. He clerked for Acting Presiding Justice Robert E. Rickles and Associate Justice John H. Hews of the California Court of Appeal and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Ninth and Tenth Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts in California. He is a member of the Los Angeles County and San Fernando Valley Bar Associations and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Over the course of his career, Gerald has received numerous honors in appellate law, including recognition from Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, and the Daily Journal’s CLAY Award for Extraordinary Achievement in Appellate Practice.
