Hon. Doreen B. Boxer

Hon. Doreen B. Boxer is a Judge of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, where she presides over an Independent Calendar Courtroom hearing unlimited civil matters at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. She joined the bench as a commissioner in 2015 and was appointed a Superior Court Judge in June 2024, following a career practicing criminal defense law in trial and appellate courts. Over her 36-year legal career, she has published dozens of articles and led dozens of trainings on a variety of legal topics.
