Hon. Richard M. Aronson (Ret.) is a mediator, arbitrator, and court-appointed neutral with JAMS. He served nearly 20 years as an associate justice on the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division Three, authoring approximately 1,600 opinions, including more than 180 published opinions. Before that, he spent more than a decade on the Orange County Superior Court, handling unlimited civil, felony criminal, and family law matters and conducting numerous settlement conferences.
