Hon. Tiffany Williams Brewer is an Associate Professor of Law at Howard University School of Law, where she teaches Evidence, Professional Responsibility, Legislation & Regulation, and a seminar on Black Women & the Law, and she serves as an arbitrator and mediator with the American Arbitration Association and FINRA. A former New Jersey Administrative Law Judge, she has held high-profile government roles including Chair of the New Jersey State Commission of Investigation, Assistant U.S. Attorney, Deputy Chief Counsel to the New Jersey Governor, and Chief Counsel to the Speaker of the New Jersey General Assembly. She is the immediate past Chair of the American Bar Association Litigation Section and has lectured and trained lawyers and judges internationally, including in India, Saudi Arabia, and with the African Union.
