James D. Snyder is the Managing Shareholder of the San Diego office of Klinedinst PC, where he also chairs the Transactional Practice Group and co-chairs the Artificial Intelligence Group. He advises startups and established companies on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and data privacy, and he previously served as Chief Legal and Compliance Executive for a software development testing company, helping grow its annual revenue from $10 million to over $100 million and leading its $375 million acquisition. He also regularly serves as outside general counsel and counsels clients on GDPR and CCPA compliance.
