Jennifer Stalvey, CPA, is Program Director in the State Bar of California’s Division of Regulation, where she supports the Client Trust Account Protection Program, specifically, the compliance reviews and investigative audits of California attorneys’ trust accounting practices. She previously served as a forensic accountant in the State Bar’s Office of Chief Trial Counsel, where she testified as an expert witness in attorney discipline prosecutions. Her earlier career includes serving as Director of Captive Insurance for the State of Tennessee, investigating securities fraud for the Tennessee Securities Division, and performing forensic accounting work at Hemming Morse, LLP.
