Jeremiah Levine is a co-founder of Procel Levine LLP, where he works as a first-chair trial lawyer and leads internal investigations for companies facing government scrutiny. Before going into private practice, he served as a federal prosecutor, handling white collar cases including bank fraud and COVID benefits fraud, and he got his start in enforcement as an honors intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Over more than a decade in the courtroom, he has won not-guilty verdicts for corporate defendants, persuaded the government to drop investigations before charges were filed, and prevailed on appeal at the Ninth Circuit and California's courts of appeal. His work sits right at the intersection of investigations, white collar defense, and trial advocacy.
