Jerry Flanagan is Counsel at Shernoff Bidart Echeverria LLP, with nearly 30 years of experience representing insurance consumers in healthcare policy, legislation, and litigation. He previously served as Litigation Director for Consumer Watchdog, where he led class actions resulting in $34.8 million in settlements over unlawful “narrow network” practices and argued before the United States Supreme Court on behalf of HIV-positive plaintiffs against CVS. He is an adjunct professor at Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, where he teaches Health Insurance Regulation: Law, Policy and Politics.
