Jiyun Cameron Lee is a partner and chair of Folger Levin LLP’s Litigation Practice Group, with extensive experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes, employment litigation, and disability accommodation matters. She has represented technology companies, financial institutions, hotels, law firms, and non-profit organizations as both plaintiffs and defendants, with particular expertise in financial litigation, contract disputes, trade secret misappropriation, and ADA public accommodations issues, as well as defending employers in wage-and-hour, ERISA, and WARN Act class actions. An experienced trial lawyer, she has tried cases in both federal and state courts and has successfully obtained preliminary injunctions and specific performance decrees in contractual and intellectual property disputes. Beyond her litigation practice, Jiyun is an arbitrator on the AAA’s Complex Commercial, Employment, and Consumer Arbitration Panels, serves as a volunteer mediator for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and teaches Negotiation at Stanford Law School.
