John A. Ajayi, Esq. is a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation with the State Bar of California and the founder of Ajayi Law Group, A.P.L.C. Born in Fresno, California, and raised between Fresno and Lagos, Nigeria, Mr. Ajayi was instilled early on with a commitment to excellence that has defined his career. After earning his bachelor's degree in musical theater from California State University, Fullerton, he entered the workers' compensation field as a file clerk and steadily advanced to hearing representative, litigating liens and case-in-chief issues for a decade before attending Trinity Law School, where he graduated at the top of his class and earned numerous academic honors, including multiple American Jurisprudence Awards and the Golden Quill Award. After passing the California State Bar exam on his first attempt and honing his craft as an associate under the Honorable James P. Finete, Mr. Ajayi drew on nearly 18 years of experience across all facets of workers' compensation law to establish Ajayi Law Group, where he now serves as a trusted advocate for employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators. He is an active member of the State Bar of California and the California Lawyers Association's Workers' Compensation Section, and currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Orange County Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Section.
