Justin A. Goldberg is a Partner in the Corporate & Securities practice at ArentFox Schiff LLP in Los Angeles and co-leader of the firm’s Cannabis Industry Group. Justin represents clients across a wide range of commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring, finance, and corporate compliance. His M&A experience spans industries including food and beverage, insurance and reinsurance, cannabis, sports, and automotive, where he has led and advised on numerous domestic and cross-border acquisitions, asset purchases, and joint venture transactions. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2024, 2025) and has received multiple certificates of congressional recognition in connection with his pro bono work for the Veterans Legal Institute, where he serves as a Board Member. ArentFox Schiff was named VLI’s Law Firm of the Year in 2022. Justin has also performed pro bono work on behalf of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund.
