Kathy Morris is the founder of Under Advisement, Ltd., where she has advised lawyers and law students on career advancement since 1988, drawing on prior experience as Chief Training & Development Officer at Sidley Austin LLP and Director of Career Planning at Northwestern University School of Law. She is the creator of the ABA Legal Career Center and serves as the featured career counselor for the Chicago Bar Association’s Career Advancement Program. In 2019, she became the only legal career counselor invited to join the Forbes Coaches Council, where she has since led the FCC Women Coaches Group and served in the pilot role of Member Leader Emerita.
