Khando Deckyi Khangsar is an associate attorney at Casper, Meadows, Schwartz & Cook in Walnut Creek, California, that represents plaintiffs in complex civil litigation involving wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, and products liability. Khando earned her law degree at UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2024 where she helped co-found the Law Empowerment and Access Project (LEAP) and participated in the Refugee and Human Rights Clinic.
