Ms. Wagner is a graduate of Pepperdine School of Law where she concurrently completed a Master’s degree at the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution. Her article “The Perfect Circle” was published in the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Journal to whose leadership she contributed as an editor, and she also investigated ethical issues as a member of the Honor Board. She additionally enjoyed the privilege of a summer internship with the National Guard JAG Corps where she participated in a program to assist soldiers with their tax returns, and she clerked for the Orange County District Attorney’s office with the TARGET gang unit as a certified law student.
