Larry is City Attorney for the City of Beverly Hills and General Counsel to the Las Virgenes
Malibu Council of Governments. He has also served as the City Attorney for the Cities of Westlake Village and Hidden Hills, and Authority Counsel to the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority.
