M. Justin McDermott joined the Law Offices of Stuart D. Zimring in 2015, and provides his clients with service oriented advice and sensitive counseling in the areas of Elder Law, Estate and Life Planning, Special Needs Trusts and Public Benefits, Conservatorships, Probate and Trust Administration. He is a member of the State Bar of California Trusts and Estates Section, San Fernando Valley Bar Association Probate and Estate Planning Section, Los Angeles County Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and Southern California NAELA Chapter (SoCal NAELA), of which he is a Member of the Executive Board and current President.
