Mary Beth Harding is a 500HR certified Trauma-Informed Yoga teacher who focuses on functional movement, mobility, breathwork, meditation, and adapting practices to meet each individual’s body, goals, and comfort level. She specializes in supporting beginners, skeptics, athletes, and anyone looking for a more inclusive, practical approach to yoga and recovery. She holds a 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa and 300-hour Yin yoga certification, with additional training in trauma-informed yoga, adaptive yoga, mobility training, and meditation instruction. With over 2,500 hours of teaching experience, her classes emphasize safety, curiosity, and the life-changing power of connecting mind and body.
