Michael A. Zuckerman, Esq. is a mediator and arbitrator at JAMS, where he handles consumer, commercial, employment, class action, and emerging technology matters, including data privacy disputes. Prior to joining JAMS, Mr. Zuckerman was a trial and appellate litigator at Jones Day and served as a judicial law clerk to several federal appellate and district court judges. Mr. Zuckerman is on the Board of Directors of the JAMS Foundation, teaches law school courses on mediation and arbitration, and writes and speaks frequently on dispute resolution.
