Michelle Watkins is a Partner at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani who has built a reputation for defending complex litigation throughout California on behalf of government entities and companies in the construction, transportation, and manufacturing sectors. Her experience spans high-exposure cases involving catastrophic injuries and fatalities, construction defects, premises liability, and environmental issues. Over her nearly two-decade career, Michelle has distinguished herself through a pragmatic, client-focused approach, meticulously managing substantial caseloads from inception through mediation and trial to resolve hundreds of high-stakes lawsuits, including matters representing government entities in both state and federal courts.
