Michelle Watkins is a Partner at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani who has built a reputation for defending complex litigation throughout California on behalf of government entities and companies in the construction, transportation, and manufacturing sectors. Her experience spans high-exposure cases involving catastrophic injuries and fatalities, construction defects, premises liability, and environmental issues. Over her nearly two-decade career, Michelle has distinguished herself through a pragmatic, client-focused approach, meticulously managing substantial caseloads from inception through mediation and trial to resolve hundreds of high-stakes lawsuits, including matters representing government entities in both state and federal courts. Beyond litigation, she serves as a trusted advisor to businesses and closely held firms on corporate strategy, government regulations, intellectual property, and real estate disputes. Outside of her practice, Michelle is committed to shaping California’s next generation of lawyers, teaching California Civil Procedure as an adjunct professor at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
