Mythily Sivarajah is Senior Counsel at Peck-Law, Employment & Civil Rights, where she represents employees in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, defamation, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination. With more than seventeen years of experience exclusively on the plaintiffs’ side, Mythily has devoted her entire legal career to advocating for workers’ rights and advancing social justice in the workplace.
Mythily has broad and deep litigation experience, having successfully handled employment and civil rights cases of varying complexity through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation to trial. She has served as trial counsel in multiple cases tried to verdict in both California state and federal courts, achieving positive results on behalf of numerous plaintiffs against private employers, corporations, and public entities alike.
Recognized by her peers for excellence in advocacy, Mythily has been named a Super Lawyer every year from 2020 through 2025, following earlier recognition as a Rising Star in 2017 and 2018 by Super Lawyers Magazine. Mythily earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
