Nichole Rocha

Nichole Rocha is the Principal and Managing Member of Rocha Public Affairs, where she guides clients through complex policy issues and advocates for the rights of consumers and families. She previously served as Chief Consultant for the California Assembly Committee on Privacy & Consumer Protection and as Counsel to the California Senate Judiciary Committee, where she helped advance landmark legislation including the California Consumer Privacy Act and California’s Data Broker Registry. Most recently, she led a children’s digital rights organization’s U.S. efforts on child-centered privacy and safety policy, including the passage of the Age Appropriate Design Code in California and Maryland.
