Nikki Semanchik is the Founding Attorney of Semanchik Law Group, Inc., a business and nonproft law frm located in San Diego, California. Nikki specializes in the representation of tax-exempt organizations including public charities, private foundations and religious organizations. In addition to her nonproft practice, Nikki also represents for proft businesses and startups. As outside general counsel for businesses and nonprofts, Nikki is able to help entrepreneurs and philanthropists bring their vision to life.
