About/Bio

Olivia Dopler is a co-founder of LDY Law, PC. Her practice focuses on representing property owners and other landlords in residential and commercial landlord-tenant disputes in the San Francisco Bay Area. In the residential context, Olivia handles matters such as Ellis Act evictions, owner move-ins, fault-based evictions, and buyout negotiations and has over a decade of experience representing clients in rent and eviction controlled jurisdictions.  Olivia represents clients in rent board mediations and arbitrations and in court proceedings.  She also advises clients on rent increases, fair housing compliance, and in other issues arising throughout the landlord-tenant relationship.

Olivia earned her B.A. in political science from the University of California, Davis, where she graduated with highest honors and received the Clyde Jacobs and Larry Peterman Distinguished Scholar Award. She received her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California, and she served as an associate editor on the Golden Gate University Law Review.

Olivia regularly speaks on panels for various legal and real estate groups, including local bar associations, Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), Professional Property Management Association of San Francisco (PPMA of SF), and Small Property Owners of San Francisco Institute (SPOSFI).
