Peter Klee is a Partner in the Business Trial Practice Group at Sheppard Mullin, where he concentrates on defending insurance companies and their affiliates in complex litigation, including individual and class actions alleging bad faith, fraud, unfair competition, and related torts. Over his 35-year career, Peter has represented many of the nation’s leading insurance carriers and handled more than 2,000 cases across the country. Known for his exceptional courtroom skill, he has tried dozens of jury cases in both state and federal court, earning two Top Defense Verdict of the Year honors from California’s Daily Journal in 2010 and 2016.
A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Peter ranks among the top 1% of trial lawyers in the U.S. and Canada.
