Randy Pollak is the Director and California Attorney at WCF National Insurance, where they focus on workers’ compensation law. Over the course of their career, Randy has built deep expertise in claims administration, litigation management, and insurance law. Earlier, at Pacific Compensation Insurance, they rose from attorney to supervising attorney to managing attorney, handling legal representation, research, and the mentoring of legal staff. Randy has also served as managing partner and practice leader at Wintersteen, and as an associate at Tobin Lucks, where they worked with the insurance and employer communities. They have also served as the Workers’ Compensation Quarterly Editor for the California Lawyers Association.
